Details About Visit: Date: 20th April, 2018 Total Students: 40 (First Year) Faculty Coordinators: Mr. Kanu Raval Industry visited: G.N.F.C. Plant at Bharuch Total 7 plants were visited: 1. Reserved Water lakes 2. Ammonia Plant 3. Methanol Plant 4. Control Room 5. Bagging Process 6. Ammonium Nitro Phosphate Plant 7. Urea Plant. Conclusion: Overall the visit of G.N.F.C. is good knowledge gaining visit. During the visits it has been observed that all plants are inter-connected with each other and many dependents on others. And All the plants are controlled by control room. For gaining organizational activity detailed practical information, this visit is very beneficial for us.

venue : Lords Plaza, Ankleshwar Date:  20th April 2018 I am sharing few lines here about the convention , but you may get a lot from those who were there. We had nearly 20 colleagues who had owned different responsibilities and gave their best to the convention. They all have a job and a family also. And still they gave their best.. Up to midnight all were there  to support each other. This spirit of togetherness made everything possible. With the help of these 20 we can easily conduct a convention of 2500 participants. All the faculties reached before time. Participants had accepted our request to come little early. Their support was total during the entire convention. We had very good number of Non-HR leaders and CEOs as participants. Convention started in time.
