It give me immense pleasure to report that we, NCM had organized and competition successfully competition  titled  “Flair 2014” for the development of students in MBA SEM I & III. Flair means ability; for the development of ability of students  NCM has organized following programme.
Programme included the following competitions:

·         Date of Competition 10th Sep,2014
·         Date of Registration: 9th Sep, 2014

Name of Competition:  (i) Debate Competition
(ii) Elocution Competition
(iii) Quiz Competition (General Quiz)

·         Elocution and Quiz competition:  Individual Competition
·         Debate Competition: Team of two person ( Total Six team will be allowed)

Topics for the Elocution Competitions were:

1.       “INNOVATIVE YOUTH DRIVING THE NATION’S GROWTH: SCOPE AND ROLE OF YOUTH ENTREPRENUERSHIP IN INIDA”
2.       “ YOUTH IN NATION BUILDING : ROLE OF YOUTH IN NATION DEVELOPMENT”
3.       “EDUCTION SYSTEM  AND NATION DEVELOPMENT”
4.       “TO BE TRUTHFUL  IS TO BE HUMAN”

Topics for the Debate Competitions were:

1.       WILL DEVELOPMENT OF NUCLEAR WEAPON FUEL A THIRD WORLD WAR ?
2.       SHOULD FOR- PROFIT, EDCUCATION INSTITUTION SHUT DOWN?
3.       IS CO-HABITATION REPLACEMENT FOR MARRIAGE?
4.       SHOULD SOCIAL NETWORKING SITE REQUIRED TO BE BANNED OR NOT?

For the Unbiased judgment fo ability of Students Panel of judges has been appointed, namely Prof Subhash Yadav, Prof Rashmi Ghamawala and Prof Kunal Mojidra. Total 9 students from Semester I & III has participated in Elocution competition, among whom  First Rank was secure by Mansi From the MBA I-Sem I and Second rank was secured by Hasha from MBA I Sem I.

In Debate Competition total 10 Students from MBA I and MBA II has participated. In Debate Competition Esha  from MBA II Sem III  awarded as Best Performer and Second Rank was given to Adwait from the SEM I MBA I.

Students Participation in "All India Essay Writing Event 2016"

Our students Ms. Fatema Ibrahim Surti and Ms. Sashista A. Chauhan participated in  "All India Essay Writing Event 2016" organised by Shri Ram Chandra Mission, United Nation Information Center for India and Bhutan, and The Heartfulness Institute.

Student participation in Solvay India Open House

Venue : Solvay Specialities India Pvt Ltd, Panoli Date     :     13 Dec 2017     As per the invitation from Solvay Specialities Pvt Ltd, 8 students and 2 faculties from Narmada college of Management participated in the “Open House” event organised by Solvay, on 13 th of December. Dr Chetna Makwana (associate professor) and Prof Rashmi Ghamawala (assistant professor) along with 8 students (from different specialisation) visited the company. The event started sharp at 10 am, where students and faculties of different colleges of Bharuch district were present, namely, SVMIT, KJ Polytechnic etc, along with the employees and staff of Solvay. All the participants were welcomed by Pratish Koparkar, who warmly welcome with his delightful words and starting off the briefing about various safety measures that need to be taken care of.
